Don't Flunk Me Records is SRJC's Student Run Record Label. Jake Stillman, founder and club leader extraordinare, Joel Johnson is president, Catherine Agular is Treasurer, Amber Shell is VP. We have a bunch of new students each year who join us for the year to support the recording program at SRJC. We raise funds for student projects related to the recordinbg program at SRJC. We have a goal this year to print our first Vynil LP of music the students at SRJC produced with the bands Mood Jungle and TMFT. We are excited to return for a new year and sign a new band. Each year one artist works with the SRJC recording and music business class to produce one original project and live show. We are constantly producing new music and projects. The club will focus on current label work and student projects. SRJC Record Label Club aims to promote collaboration and equipment access for music students, digital audio students, and music industry students at SRJC campuses. Under the guidance of faculty advisor Jake Stillman, recorded media may be used to promote SRJC music programs, and to help students learn more about the process of creating and marketing digital audio.
