Flyer & Poster Posting Policy

Student Affairs Department – Santa Rosa Junior College

All flyers and posters must be submitted to and approved by the Student Affairs Department before being posted on campus. Student Ambassadors will post all approved materials in designated posting locations. Any materials that are not approved or are posted outside of designated posting sites will be removed.

General Posting Guidelines

  • Posting sites are reserved for approved SRJC clubs and SRJC departments only, unless otherwise noted.

  • Flyers and posters must be turned in to the Student Information Desk for approval.

  • Once approved, Student Ambassadors will post the materials in designated posting locations.

  • Individuals and organizations may not post their own flyers.

  • The recommended poster size is 8.5 x 11 inches.

  • Materials may only be posted on designated posting boards listed below.

Santa Rosa Campus Posting Locations

There are 16 approved posting sites on the Santa Rosa campus:

  • Pioneer Hall (outside)

  • Frank P. Doyle Library:

    • First floor (outside)

    • Second floor (outside)

  • Analy Village (2 outdoor posting sites)

  • Bailey Hall:

    • Inside (1 location)

    • Outside (2 locations)

  • Albert Maggini Hall (outside)

  • Warne Lark Hall (outside)

  • Jeff Kunde Hall (outside)

  • Lindley Center for STEM Education:

    • First floor (inside)

    • Second floor (inside)

  • Emeritus Hall (outside)

  • Bernard C. Plover Hall (outside)

  • Lawrence A. Bertolini Student Center:

    • First floor (inside)

These posting sites are only for approved flyers and posters from SRJC clubs and SRJC departments.

Off-Campus Organization Posting

Off-campus organizations are currently limited to one approved posting location:

  • Frank P. Doyle Library – Second Floor, Media & Printing Room

All off-campus flyers and posters must be submitted to the Student Information Desk, located on the first floor of the Lawrence A. Bertolini Student Center, for approval. Student Ambassadors will post approved materials.

Important Notice

Flyers or posters that:

  • Have not been approved,

  • Are self-posted, or

  • Are placed outside of approved locations

will be removed without notice.
