Lockers

Lockers in the Bertolini Student Center are available for currently enrolled students during the academic semester. Lockers are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis while supplies last.

Rental Cost

  • $20 per semester
    (Includes a $15 refundable lock deposit)

  • CubCard Premium Members: $15 per semester
    (Includes a $15 refundable lock deposit)

A college-issued lock is provided with each rental.

Rental Period

  • Start: One week before classes begin

  • End: Friday of finals week

Lockers must be emptied and locks returned by the Friday of finals week or by the posted return date—whichever comes first.

Locker Rental Policies

Please review all policies carefully before renting a locker:

General Use

  • Lockers are for currently enrolled students only.

  • Lockers are rented per semester and do not automatically renew.

  • A new rental agreement and lock are required each semester.

Locks

  • Personal locks are not allowed.

  • Unauthorized locks will be removed, and contents may be disposed of.

  • Students are responsible for remembering their locker number and combination.
    Staff cannot recover lost combinations.

Prohibited Items

  • Food or perishable items are strictly prohibited.

End-of-Semester Responsibilities

  • Lockers must be completely emptied and locks returned by the deadline.

  • Locks returned in good condition by the deadline will receive a $15 deposit refund.

  • Failure to return a lock may result in forfeiture of the deposit and loss of locker privileges.

Abandoned Property

  • Items left after the return date will be removed and placed in Lost & Found.

  • Unclaimed items by the end of the following semester will be discarded.

Inspections & Liability

  • Student Life reserves the right to inspect lockers at any time, with or without notice.

  • The college is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

How to Rent a Locker

  1. Visit the Student Life Office
     Bertolini Student Center – 1st Floor

  2. Complete a Locker Rental Agreement

  3. Pay the semester rental fee

  4. Receive your locker assignment and lock

Lockers are limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Important Reminders

  • Rentals are semester-only

  • Locks must be returned on time

  • Keep lockers clean and free of trash

  • Remove all belongings at the end of the semester
