Lockers
Lockers in the Bertolini Student Center are available for currently enrolled SRJC students during the academic semester. Lockers are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
Fall 2026 Locker Distribution Begins August 17, 2026
Students must complete the online Locker Rental Application first before visiting the Student Affairs Office to complete their rental.
Rental Cost
- $20 per semester
(Includes a $15 refundable lock deposit) - CubCard Premium Members: $15 per semester

A college-issued lock is provided with each locker rental.
Rental Period
- Start: One week before classes begin
- End: Friday of finals week
Lockers must be emptied and college-issued locks returned by the Friday of finals week or by the posted return date—whichever comes first.
Locker Rental Policies
Please review all policies carefully before renting a locker.
General Use
- Lockers are available to currently enrolled students only.
- Lockers are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
- Lockers are rented per semester and do not automatically renew.
- Students must complete a new rental application each semester.
Locks & Combinations
- A college-issued lock will be provided with your locker.
- Personal locks are not allowed.
- Unauthorized locks will be removed, and locker contents may be removed.
- Students are responsible for keeping track of their locker number and combination.
- Please keep your locker combination in a safe place.
Prohibited Items
- Food and perishable items are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep your locker clean and free of trash.
End-of-Semester Responsibilities
- Lockers must be completely emptied by the posted deadline.
- College-issued locks must be returned to the Student Affairs Office by the deadline.
- Locks returned in good condition and on time will receive a $15 deposit refund.
- Failure to return a lock may result in forfeiture of the deposit and loss of locker privileges.
Abandoned Property
- Items left in lockers after the return deadline will be removed and placed in Lost & Found.
- Unclaimed items remaining at the end of the following semester will be discarded.
Inspections & Liability
- The Student Affairs Office reserves the right to inspect lockers at any time, with or without notice.
- The college is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
How to Rent a Locker
Step 1 — Apply Online
Complete the SRJC Locker Rental Application online.
You must submit the online application before coming to the Student Affairs Office.
Step 2 — Visit the Student Affairs Office
After submitting your application, visit the:

Step 3 — Pay Your Rental Fee
Pay the applicable semester locker fee at the Student Affairs Office Front Desk.
- Regular: $20
- CubCard Premium: $15
Step 4 — Receive Your Locker
Once payment is completed, staff will provide your locker assignment and combination.
