• You must be an enrolled SRJC student for the Current Semester
  • Minimum 9 units 
  • Minimum cumulative GPA 2.5
• Must not be delinquent on SRJC ASP Loan 
• Must not have any other debt with the College 
• Show secure means of repayment 
  • Financial Aid 
  • Scholarships 
  • Employment 

PREFERRED: 

• Be a CubCard Premium Member - $15 fee (Fall/Sp) $9 (Summer)
  • Can select when enrolling for classes
  • Otherwise, contact the Accounting Office for purchase 

DUE DATE

• Loans are DUE WITHIN 30 DAYS 

LOAN REQUIREMENTS 

• You must meet with a Student Affairs Office Staff Member
  • You can go through the Front Desk 
  • Schedule a meeting in person 
• Maximum Book Loan amount of $300 
• Must be currently enrolled in the class you need the textbook for

IF APPROVED

• A copy of your application will be sent to Accounting. A check will be available for pick up at the following locations: 
  • Bailey Hall, Santa Rosa Campus 
  • Accounting Office, Petaluma Campus 

IF NOT APPROVED 

• Applicants that do not quality will be notified by phone or email
