Election Stress Info

Mental Health Counseling

We know with the election in the balance, these are stressful times for many students. While we encourage you to be well-informed, we also want you to stay healthy. With that in mind we recommend The Election Stress Toolkit. In addition, if you know of another student who is struggling, feel free to send us a referral with our Students Care for Students program so that JC staff can reach out and assist. Finally, should you find yourself in distress, please contact Student Psychological Services where you can make an appointment to talk confidentially to one of our therapists.

PEERS Cozy Tuesday: Tea & Talk - Tues, Nov 10, 3:00-4:00pm

Join the PEERS to chat about the election and share ideas with each other on how to support our mental health. Bring a cup of tea and get cozy for a chat.
