Housing Assistance

Introduction

The Student Off-campus Housing Assistance web site is maintained by the SRJC Student Affairs Office as a service to the entire SRJC community. This includes students, faculty, staff and landlords. It is our intention to provide people with current available housing listings in the local area. These are mostly comprised of shared accommodations but occasionally we get a vacant studio, house or condo. To begin your search now, skip to the links below. Landlords posting a listing should go directly to the Information for Landlords/Contacts link.

We advise that you start your housing search now to make it easier to find a place to live. Please make sure that you check out the information about minimum income requirements and co-signors below before seeking any housing in Sonoma County.

Note: The Student Off-campus Housing Assistance Web Site is an informational site only. The Student Affairs Office has not inspected, certified or approved these properties. Before signing a rental agreement or making a payment, we strongly recommend that you personally inspect the unit and meet the landlord or property manager as well as other tenants.

SRJC accepts no liability for any housing arrangements made through the use of this web site.
